A finalist for the Near Beautiful Object in South Africa, the Ostrich Barstool defies conventional seating design for something whimsical and surprisingly comfortable. Inspired by a contempo ride on an Ostrich, sounds fun! – the result is an upholstered seat with elegantly shaped steel legs based on an ostriches' proportions. I want three of these NOW. I recollect they're gorgeous and fun to look at.

WTF! Being dissimilar for unlike sake. I am just not certain i would feel comfortable on it….. similar to existence on an ostrich, I estimate.
Hang on, if its a barstool, then wouldn't it get covered in food/booze at present and again? Unless that cover is removable & washable, this seems to exist a big flaw…

If the frame were designed a chip more sculptural and so it could exist cool. Merely it looks budget and charm-less. Concept is skilful, execution not.
I like information technology, its humorous and playfull… the frame could exist finessed a little flake more though.
